- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 10, 2020, by NayaAwful. Was suppose to call us about phones and data charges. They did not. Also dealer uses speed connect horrible. AT&T dealer? Charges for data during update. Associate had phone while updates were downloading and I got charged data. Wi-Fi goes on and off. I got charged while I was paying my bill. Called retention dept and had charges removed. Software app update took 1.5 hours in store with speed connect.
